GMAT繁杂世界，关注一个就够了 导语“回想你中学时代，当你拿着一个百思不得其解的问题去问英语老师时，你常常会得到一个比较让人恼火的答案——他们会说：“这道题选A，是因为A是固定搭配。” 很可能是你的老师没有把题后的语法问题挖掘得很深，导致你对英语语法的印象，就是要成千上万种固定搭配。霞姐在写这一篇内容时，其实也有一种比较矛盾的心理，因为我看到太多讲解GMAT语法的参考书，最后对选项的讲解竟然是捏造几个所谓的“搭配”，然后为了答案去设计“讲解”。 霞姐认为，GMAT的SC题中，纯粹需要搭配去解释的场景是没有那么多的，大部分语法问题都应该是我们前面各篇讲解的知识点综合应用的结果。所谓搭配，就是有些词语必须要放在一起才合适，而有些一定不能放在一起，很多搭配都是英语约定俗成的。这一篇，我们就列举SC题中最常见的几种搭配，学习这些搭配就是一个“死记硬背”然后熟悉的过程，你甚至不需要有任何烧脑的思考。 表举例词汇 请记住一个结论，在GMAT 语法题中，“表举例”不能使用like ，只能使用such as 所以，like 在SC 中只能表“像”，不能表示举例。例如such like 就属于混搭错误。 因此就会有一个考试中的结论：考试中，如果like 和such as 在同样语法位置出现，作为差异点考查，正确答案一定为such as 。 因为like表“像”的时候会跟as放在一起考查，跟such as放在一起只能考查表举例不能使用like。 学以致用1Building on civilizations that preceded them in coastal Peru , the Mochica developed their own elaborate society , based on cultivating such crops like corn and beans , the harvesting of fish and shellfish , and exploiting other wild and domestic resources.
